Connect with your attendees, regardless of the location or device that’s being used. The live chat option is an additional way for people in the JetCall to interact with one another. The real-time chat option is available on any computer or mobile device.
Login to your main dashboard and click or tap on the Meeting Rooms link under MEETINGS on the left sidebar navigation menu.
On the panel Meeting Rooms, choose ADD NEW+ button on the lower right corner of the window to add a new meeting room.
On the Add Meeting Rooms panel, type the name (handle) of your meeting room in the input field, under Meeting Room Handle.
Once you have typed the name (handle) of your meeting room, click the ADD MEETING ROOM button to create the virtual meeting room. The system will take you back to the Meeting Rooms dashboard.
Find your newly created meeting room under section Meeting Room Handle. Then click on the corresponding Meeting Join Link, under the section Join Link. The link will take you to the Join Meeting page.
Once the Join Meeting page has loaded, copy the Join Page URL on the address bar of your browser and send it to the people you want to join your meeting room.
When you are ready to start the meeting, click on the START MEETING NOW button to start the meeting. The link will take you to your virtual meeting room.
